About the project
Milvanta delivers milk, curd, paneer, ghee and eggs from partner farms to homes across Hyderabad every morning. Customers sign in with their phone number, browse dairy by type, and set up a plan (every day, alternate days, weekly or custom days) with a 5:30–7:00 AM or 7:00–9:00 AM delivery window. Any delivery can be edited, skipped or paused until 10 PM the night before. A prepaid wallet with autopay pays for plans and takes back refunds for skipped days, and a live tracking screen shows the delivery partner, the hub and the arrival time. The interactive prototype covers ten customer screens, from welcome to wallet.
