About the project
TrustLab Diagnostics is a PAN-India diagnostic company with 500+ employees and an NABL-accredited lab network. We partnered with them to build a complete digital suite: a patient app and website, and eight apps that run the business behind it.
Patients book tests and home collection and read reports on their phone. Inside the company, riders, phlebotomists, partner centres, sales, HR, procurement and helpdesk teams each have an app built for their job, all connected to the same CRM, lab and inventory systems.
